How does made-to-measure work?
Choose a model and place your order with a 50% deposit. We then take five measurements — in person or remotely with guidance — confirm your fabric, and begin the cut. Your piece is finished by hand and collected in Doha.
Which measurements do you need?
Five: abaya length, sleeve from neck, sleeve width, chest and waist. We keep them on file, so your next order takes a single message.
How much is the deposit?
A 50% deposit reserves your fabric and opens the cut. The remaining balance is settled when you collect your piece.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Made-to-measure pieces are cut once, for you alone, so custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a manufacturing fault is found, we will exchange within 24 hours of collection, with the piece in original condition and its invoice.
How long does an order take?
Timelines vary with the model and the season. We confirm an estimated collection date when your order and measurements are received.
Where do I collect my order?
All pieces are collected in person at our Doha atelier, where the final balance is settled.
