Payment is made in full when you place your order, reserving your fabric and opening your entry in the atelier ledger.

Made-to-measure pieces are cut once, for you alone — custom orders are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

If a manufacturing fault is found, exchange within 24 hours with the piece in original condition and its invoice.
